Frequently asked questions
Why do you charge monthly?
Agencies typically charge €2,500+ up front and take four to six weeks. I spread the cost across a simple monthly subscription instead. You get the website you need without a large initial bill, and I continue looking after it after launch.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The €150/month + VAT subscription covers the initial website build.
Am I tied into a contract?
There's a one-year minimum term. No setup fee means I carry the cost of the build up front, and the year is what makes that fair. After the first year it rolls month to month and you can stop whenever suits.
What happens if I want to stop?
The site comes down, because the build and hosting are part of the ongoing service. If you bought your domain, you own it. And I'm happy to work with you on whatever suits your business.
What is included every month?
Hosting, security, backups, technical maintenance, support and small routine website updates are included.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Small routine changes such as updating text, images, contact details or opening hours are included. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Do I need to manage the hosting?
No. I take care of it.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You tell me what you need, and I take care of the technical side.
Do I own my domain?
If you bought your domain, it stays yours. If I set one up for you, we sort ownership together.
Can I see the website before I pay?
Yes. I'll show you what I've built before you commit.
How quickly can my website go live?
Live in days. Once I have the information and assets I need, I build the website and get it ready for launch.
What happens if I need something that isn't included?
The €150/month + VAT service covers your normal website needs. Some projects require more. Larger changes and additional services can be quoted separately, including:
